Biography:

Started my career in College playing collegiate soccer.  I went through a rigorous training program to improve my stamina and thus my ability to improve my game.  I was amazed at how the body responds to demands placed on it and the outcomes one can achieve.  I switched my major to Kinesiology and began training athletes like myself in Sports Specific Training.  I learned movement patterns for numerous sports and helped athletes acheive their goals.  From there I expanded my knowledge into a larger spectrum.  I studied pre/post rehab, flexibilty, pre/post natal, functional and core training along with nutrition.  A well balanced athlete, as well as any individual, needs "balance" in their body that uses all of these techniques or styles of training to be healthy.  Its a passion of mine to help others improve and enhance their lifestyle.  My personal interests and hobbies include snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking trails all over the country/world, and reading a good book.
